That's right! It's perfectly okay to eat an avocado every day!


It's actually great for your health to eat an avocado every day. They are an amazing antioxidant that's high in Vitamin E. It also has Vitamin C. Together, they are a powerhouse to fuel you during the day. Avocados have 13 grams of fiber. And they contain monounsaturated fats (naturally good fats) that helps to raise your good cholesterol which helps to fuel your brain. Also, the monounsaturated fats help reduce your risk of heart disease.
